Peter Daly

Peter advises both employers and employees across the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. He has particular experience in complex tribunal claims, acting for Claimant and Respondent on matters involving age, race and sex discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing. His clients have included multinational companies, public sector workers and high net worth Individuals.

Peter joined Bindmans from MLS Chase LLP, a firm with a particular cross-border and international trade specialism. There, Peter’s practice included broader dispute resolution work, taking cases through the County Court, High Court, various forms of arbitration and mediation of differing levels of formality. He has also advised employees in regulatory situations involving the Nursing and Midwifery Council, General Social Care Council and General Medical Council.

Peter qualified as a solicitor in 2009 following a career in public affairs. He graduated from LSE in 2000 and obtained a distinction in his legal training at BPP Law School.
